All worlds begin in darkness And all so end The heart is no different Darkness sprouts within it It grows, consumes it Such is its nature In the end every heart returns to the darkness whence it came What's up buddies D-rap in the house I'm gonna show my homies all around the world how to get down with rap and hip-hop And now it's time to rap Yes I'm a dentist, a tooth hygienist I'm a leapist of the oritaligist genus The plaque muscles run and hide When I'm busting out the monkey-loving fluoride Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No If you and that is When I get paid, better brush chillings Or sooner or later I'll be drilling And while I make a killing, you won't make a shilling That's for sure, Uh Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No When you get the plaque you will be back for more Not twice but thrice and that's me being nice So take my advice and everyday brush twice Till the dirty rotten plaque gets iced (Gets iced) Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No Don't floss your loss, you think it's okay Try saying that with missing teeth and tooth decay It'll hurt like an itch and then you'll be coming my way (My way, my way, my way, my way) Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No Girl, would you love me if I didn't floss? Would you love me if I didn't floss? No

Men are disposable Real and compostable Trash bagged and portable But easily forgettable Can’t be irrational Never emotional Any time night or day I don’t want to feel this way And don’t tell them that they are wrong And don’t tell them that they don’t belong But don’t let them sing their song But don’t ask them to come along He can be intellectual But at times ineffectual Always makes the same mistake He’s never gonna get a break Never too responsible Always changeable Completely incapable Of understanding why Men are disposable Real and compostable Trash bagged and portable But easily forgettable Can’t be irrational Never emotional Any time night or day I don’t want to feel this way And don’t tell them that they are wrong And don’t tell them that they don’t belong But you can’t live if they are gone Just you see, it won’t be long

Put my daughter in her dress and bring her to the house The kids are in the yard and squealing like a mouse Princess parties I do abhor But I’m a good father and brought her to the door Just then a girl ran over towards me And covered my clothes in her iced tea Then I was screaming at a pretty princess party Screaming at a pretty princess party I went to the moon bounce to supervise The little girls kept poking my eyes My daughter made me put on lots of makeup All that glitter makes me want to throw up Just then a girl ran over towards me And covered my clothes in her iced tea Then I was screaming at a pretty princess party Screaming at a pretty princess party The party’s almost over and I’m full with glee Now I can go home and watch TV My daughter didn’t want to go home All she did was scream and moan Just then a girl ran over towards me And covered my clothes in her iced tea Then I was screaming at a pretty princess party Screaming at a pretty princess party

With rose-colored glasses She looks to the sky Fire and ashes Turn to clouds in her eyes But she’ll never see the trees Just the pleasant dreams Of a world that exists in her mind The sun fades away As the darkness breaks through And she’s only left With the golden fruit From the Garden of Eden From me it was given From my love to love now gone by Oooh, Oooh The world is filled with wonder and fantasy Oooh, Oooh As the cool sea breeze blows through my hair I’m alive There’s a grave where she lies Beneath the rolling sea Where it was that I left her Beneath the willow tree Through rose-colored glasses Her life before her passes To see what there is to be seen Oooh, Oooh The world is filled with wonder and fantasy Oooh, Oooh As the cool sea breeze blows through my hair I’m alive Twas that very night She breathed her final breath Those rose-colored eyes Had never seen death With her innocence taken And her mind shaken She covered her face and she cried Oooh, Oooh. Oooh, Oooh Oooh, Oooh. The world is filled with wonder and fantasy Oooh, Oooh As the cool sea breeze blows through my hair I’m alive Oooh, Oooh The world is filled with wonder and fantasy Oooh, Oooh As the cool sea breeze blows through my hair I’m alive

about

Speed Dating is a compilation of songs released by The Jimmys that never appeared on an album, released to commemorate the fifth anniversary of their first single.

The first two tracks, "Girl In The Cafeteria" and "Would You Love Me If I Didn't Floss?", made up their first single released by the group April 21, 2014. Both highlight the humor present throughout their later works.

"Disposable (Unplugged)" and "Screaming At A Princess Party (Unplugged)" were originally released February 14, 2015 as a lead up to their second LP, Before The Age Of The Choo-Choo Train. "Disposable" is an acoustic version of the track which would later appear on that album, and "Screaming At A Princess Party" is an acoustic version of a song removed from their 2014 LP Mixey Wixey.

"Fun Thing" and "Hardcore Funcke" were released May 1, 2017 as some fun tracks to tide fans over until the release of their 2018 LP The Jimmys.

The single edit of "Rose-Colored Glasses" was released June 13, 2018 as one of the first tracks to be advertised from the 2018 LP The Jimmys.

The final two tracks, 8-Bit versions of "Girl In The Cafeteria" and "Would You Love Me If I Didn't Floss?", appeared on an album made May 2014 which was never publicly released.

We hope you enjoy, and we look forward to making more music sometime soon!
