This song is what The Jimmys think of as their most well-rounded song. It was written mainly by John McGovern, when in a bagel store in New Jersey, he saw a painting of a man falling in a trash can with the words 'Disposable' written over the top. This inspired him to write a sarcastic song against the rising misandry, including some catchy lines and tunes. "Disposable" was also the first track released to be featured on the album "Before the Age of the Choo-Choo Train."
