This song was started by Claire Roche over the summer of 2014. She sent the chorus with the tune to John McGovern, in order for the rest of the song to be written. Over the course of a day, John McGovern asked others to help him create the song, as it gradually became more about shower puns and actual empowerment, rather than the original idea of making fun of empowering songs. Rebecca Mastellone sings this track, as not only is she a better singer than any of The Jimmys, but she also could reach the notes.
